Libra Season Media was originally founded as Libra Season Films in September 2023, when Thom approached Nottingham based photographer and videographer Sarah Woolf with a script idea. Having always admired her work, he was thrilled when she agreed to collaborate. Within just four months, their film ‘I FORGIVE YOU’ steadily flowed through pre-production, to casting, to the final cut being ready for distribution. To date, this independent production has received an ‘Honourable Mention’ from Brighton Rocks and ‘Official Selection’ from Nottingham and Love Is Love film festivals.
2024 saw Thom and Sarah land their first creative videography commissions; documenting Nottingham City of Literature community project ‘Our City, Our Stories’ and producing a showreel for new comedy play ‘Kingmaker’ written by Leanne Moden and directed by Vivi Bayliss.
2025 saw an amicable departure from Sarah, with the door left wide open for future collaborations should their schedules allow one day! Being proud of the foundations they had built together, the creative connections made, and skills learnt, Thom opted to shift Libra Season Films into a new age by encompassing media into the company name. Now housing audio production (Libra Season Records) and publishing (Libra Season Books) in addition to its founding purpose of videography and film, Libra Season Media will grow as a portfolio for Thom while maintaining the ethos of collaborating with other creatives.

As an independent artist, things can often move a little slower than I’d like, but two books are currently in development. Check back soon for details of my first official releases as ‘Libra Season Books’, but in the meantime you can take a look over here at my previous publications.
